Not feeling so hot

I am in Syracuse with my family.  We went to the carousel mall yesterday.  We walked the mall for 4 hours.  I am starting to get sick.  I hope I can get rid of it without medicine.  I am still running alot and watching what I eat.  I treat every day as a new day.  You never know what God is gonna throw at you.  my new theory is to take it one day at a time.  Still waiting for spring to arrive so I can get my bike out and start riding.
