Very excited about my new life journey

I have been sick for a week.  On Thursday I was told I had a sinus infection.  Well the medicine did not work, so I went back to the doctor today.  I started this new journey a week ago.  I weighed 227 when I started the journey.  When I went today I weighed in at 212. I was like there is no way.  So I texted Carolyn and she asked me to see if I could be weighed in on the same one as last week.  So i was amd yes I am 212 now. Wow I am so excited and I can't wait to get healthier.  Yes it is very hard but I just keep thinking of the positive side of things.  My family is also liking the new food and are very excited about getting healthier too.
